Club FR Drift Day 46
Club FR ended their drift season with a bang at the USA International Raceway’s unbelievable go-cart course. 
Midwest Drift Union Rd. 3 The Streets of Detroit.
MDU is back for Rd. 3, this time it was hosted on the Streets of Detroit. It was certainly an awesome spot to host the event, certainly one of the most unique events of the series! Mike Skudlarek took his 2nd win of the 3 events this season. All the drivers did incredible, everyone was trying their hardest to push their cars to the limits.
AutoMass Rd. 3 Part 1
AutoMass has yet to disappoint, each event it has gotten better! Round 3 certainly topped the past 2 rounds. Huge props to all the outstanding drivers, the stunt bike riders and all the staff who made this event possible. It was awesome to see such a large variety of cars out on the track, everything from Miata’s to G body Lexus’s!
Fatlace : Word Up!
This past weekend, Fatlace held one of their infamous Word Up event, at the new Stockon fairgrounds location. The Word Up events are a great way for new drifters to learn & all drifters to have fun. The Word Up venues has always been a safe haven with always having little to nothing to hit and just have a great time sliding with plenty of veterans to teach you something new. Simplified. Samantha’s S14
It is not very often you see S14s in such a clean & un-abused state! It is even more rare to see such a clean car owned by a female car enthusiast. These days everyone that gets their hand on a 240 wants to try their hand at the ever popular sport of drifting as well! Not Samantha though. She wanted to go in a different direction and make her car clean and nice to look at. Which is actually pretty funny, because she initially didn’t even like the look of S14s. It wasn’t until she saw the Kouki version that she fell in love with S14s.
AutoMass Round 2!
AutoMass Round 2 was a huge success! The weather was perfect, the cars were outstanding and the crowd was wild. There was a great range of cars sliding and even more of a variety in the show. I will let you all go ahead and check out my coverage from the event! Enjoy!
Hellaflush Xiii :: Part I
Hellaflush Xiii has come and gone, if you missed it check out the coverage here. Fatlace hasn’t had an event in Norcal in about a year, and this is only the second Hellaflush they’ve ever had in Norcal. Over that year Fatlace has been holding shows all over the world including Japan, Hawaii, and Socal. So with Fatlace’s track record for holding shows, everyone was so excited and anticipating it. Hellaflush delivered with over 200+ registered cars, plenty of drift cars going HAM, live bands, b-boy battles, rap videos? It was awesome!

Aside from of course watching Formula D, I drove all the way down from Norcal to see the car scene! Slammed society was where I was at most of the time (not just because I didn’t have seats to watch the drifting though

Formula D 2012 Round 1: Streets of Long Beach video montage
Mikey “Photo M.D.” Dang, of PVR motor sports, made this awesome video montage of Formula D round 1 in long beach with the special participation of Carsxhype and Dayuum.
